Overview

Being equippable by Force and Techter, the Talis allows you to use its PAs to deploy them in a way that changes Techniques into special bullets. The fired bullets change to the same element as the Technique used.
Since the method of deploying Talis differs depending on the PA, it is beneficial to use its PAs properly according to the situation.
You can move while attacking with the Talis, but it has slower movement speed than a Rod.
Defensive options are limited with the weapon, so it is best to be cautious of enemy attacks.
Talis Sign Marking increases damage dealt to marked enemies via deployed Talis.

Throws Talis forward at high speed at the enemy with long range.

Normal Attacks

  • NA3 possesses higher PP recovery and damage. It is efficient to perform in sets of 3 for faster recovery.
  • Although it attacks slightly faster with better PP recovery than Rod, it deals less damage as well.

Weapon Action

NGSUIWeaponActionTalis.png Potency 9 3
PP Recovery 2 1

Deploy a Talis above you, attacking enemies nearby and recovering PP. Floating Pillbox Multirock allows an alternate form to be deployed.

Talis Deploy

  • The deployed Talis will attack nearby enemies one at a time for a total of 18 hits.
    • Although hits for small damage, it provides PP recovery upon hit.
  • The deployed Talis will disappear if you switch weapons. It will be retained if you switch weapons with a multiweapon'd Talis.
  • Provides a short invincibility duration when you deploy Talis that wears off at the end of the action.
  • The deployed Talis will benefit from any effects that increases PP Recovery while attacking.
    • While switching to another weapon with a multiweapon'd Talis, the PP recovery effects of the deployed Talis is reduced (Talis Deploy 1.5 PP, Multirock 0.5 PP x 3).

Floating Pillbox Multirock

  • Deploys a Talis above you without inputting any direction. Attacks up to 3 enemies nearby at a time for a total of 18 hits.
  • Although it provides less PP on a single hit, best benefits are achieved when the deployed Talis targets 3 enemies, which makes it ideal for groups of enemies.

Universal Actions

Action Potency PP Recovery
Sidestep Attack 120 10
Sidestep Counter 250 18
Dash Attack 250 18
Dive Attack 200 0

Photon Blast

Converges the 6 elements into multiple Talis that hit enemies in a wide cylindrical area in front of you that then explodes.

  • The attack hitbox is directly below on enemy's heads.
  • Like the Rod's Photon Blast, it can build Elemental Down.
  • Like all Photon Blasts, you are invincible during its animation.
  • Potency Notation: Deals 432% x 6 hits (Talis attacks) + 1116% (explosion).
