Fighter is a returning class in Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis.
A class geared towards ultra close range combat, they are at their best when pressing the enemy. What they lack in Defense is made up for by their devasting, pulverizing attacks.

Class Weapon Overview

Fighters has access to three unique weapons: Daggers (NGS) Twin Daggers, Double Saber (NGS) Double Sabers, and Knuckles (NGS) Knuckles

Twin Daggers

A pair of small blades. Despite lacking the range to deal with faraway targets makes up for its fast paced attacks. With their fast speed allows for comfortable weaving of their Photon Arts and other various actions, making it quite useful against single targets.

Using the Spin Weapon Action, you can block attacks on the fly from any direction and keep attacking right after you block.

Double Sabers

Short-range bladed weapons that are versatile in dealing many hits in a short amount of time. Using Photon Arts and other certain actions creates a Whirlwind around the user, dealing constant damage to any enemy it touches. The Whirlwind alone is weak, but is compensated with the overall attack power of the Double Saber itself.

Using the Parry Weapon Action allows the user to parry through attacks.

Knuckles

A twin pair of weaponized gauntlets. Knuckles possess notoriously short range, but exceed even Swords in power to compensate. Their Photon Arts can hit extremely hard if given the opportunity, and are a powerful weapon when engaging a target one-on-one.

Using the Sway Weapon Action, you can avoid attacks from enemies by quickly ducking in place.
