The Psychic Blow is a power of Yu Ominae. With the help of his Armored Muscle Suit, he can concentrate psi energy into his fists, and can use this energy to dissipate psi attacks or destroy spirits.
The camo doesn't have any sort of model with it, and thus appears invisible when used. It instead adds a blue sparking effect on hits with both normal attacks and Photon Arts.
