The Phantom Gun is the Avatar Arm used by Enga Yasaka, big brother of Hitsugi Yasaka and a member of Earth Guide.
It is not based on any particular myth and is just a normal-looking rifle that can be split in two to be used as a pair of submachine guns.
Its Avatar Form is a black mercenary outfit, together with a camo-pattern scarf.
It was manifested through Enga's desire for a convenient and easy-to-conceal weapon to carry in countries with strict firearm laws.
This weapon most likely had guns like the HK51K, the MP5 and more as reference when designed.
The core of the weapon is not the gun, but the magazine. The gun itself is just a regular gun, and the magazine allows for it to be transformed into its Twin Machinegun variant.
