Overview

Time Extension Quests are instanced quests that the player can undertake in Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis. In Time Extension Quests, players must kill waves of enemies to extend the timer to avoid timing out before defeating the final boss. Time Extension Quests take place in instanced areas with preset enemy placements.

Currently, the available Time Extension Quests alternate between the Retem region Time Extension Quests and the Kvaris region Time Extension Quests.

Time Extension Quests feature Photon Boost Crates that provide temporary enhancements for the using player. Each player can independently utilize their Photon Boost Crates.

Available Photon Boost Crate Buffs:

• Increase Attack Speed (Orange)
• Increase PP recovery speed (Purple)
• Damage Reduction and Prevent Launching (Blue)
