It features two Valvilan's that both need to be defeated within 15 seconds of each other, otherwise the defeated Valvilan will revive.

Quest Description
A powerful enemy reading has been detrected in the northern part of Felusa Ridge. Based on the size of the signal, we are expected multiple Starless units.
We need all ARKS defenders to hurry to the designated point and defeat the enemy.
