This camo is a collaboration item from Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
This bat, more properly named "Self-proclaimed Hero's Bat", is the iconic weapon used by Ichiban Kasuga, and seen in the cover art for the game.
It is said that only the chosen hero can pull out the bat from the ground and wield it, which is a reference to the mythical sword Excalibur.
