Additional Notes

When you activate a Photon Blast, increase the support effects tier for all allies in the sector. Support effects reset to tier 0 once the 120 seconds duration is over. Tier 1: Reduce incoming damage by 15% Tier 2: Reduce PP consumption by 15% + Tier 1 Effects Tier 3: Increase Critical rate by 5% + Tier 2 Effects Any additional Photon Blasts at Tier 3 will reset the duration back to 120 seconds. Only one tier per player. Any additional Photon Blast from the same player will only refresh duration.
