This is an unidentified practice drill discovered while analyzing battle data.
Who created it and why are unknown, but it is a simulation of a rapid saturation attack mission.

Up to two trials will occur within the quest. There are also two sets of gates that will release 3 Gigas Recon enemies into the area.
