Details

The Arroid is a Pile, a weapon that was developed by Raven and Sharon of Delta Valiant's Research Team, used to capture Gigantes by launching piles into them, followed by detonating them once they are close to death, creating a Gran Link, allowing them to be summoned in quests to help dealing with enemies.
Piles count as Melee weapons, but has both Melee and Ranged Gran Arts.

This weapon camo is a mix of two separate Piles in Phantasy Star Nova, as the Arroid is a Pile with a completely different model, while the Pile called Bunker is the one that has the same model used by this weapon camo.
