This is the weapon of choice used by May in the Guilty Gear series of games.
It does not have a unique name, hence why it is only known as "Anchor".
It is safe to assume it is an anchor that comes from one of her pirate crew's ships(The Jellyfish Pirates), seeing as it has the word "Jellyfish" written several times on the crown. It also has the text "a work of Novel / 2187" written on the ring.
