- Has high turning speed, making it useful to track multiple enemies down.
- Can be canceled by dive rolling while holding down the PA.
- When the PA is released, the user slams the Launcher down, causing a blast.
- If the PA is held down for more than 2 seconds, the effect while moving changes, and the power of the slam increases.
- Power notation per hit during the rush is 10%. The power notation of the slam is 20%, but after 2 seconds, it increases to 60%.

- Has a special property of being able to knockback almost any enemy.
- Has one of the fastest attack speed for Launchers.

- Has very short range.
- Ranged based skills do not apply for this PA due to the attack being a melee type that scales off of Ranged Power.
- Can be canceled from the moment the Launcher is swung by jumping or dive rolling.

- Perfect Attack will not increase the power of the PA
- After loading, fires off a slow shot that expands into a dummy doll on impact.
- The dummy stays there for a certain period of time, and after a while it explodes and damages anything around it.
- Threat Level is set for the dummy, which has the effect of attracting the enemies attention.
- The dummy has collision detection and can be used as a shield to block long-range attacks.
- If the user switches to a non-launcher weapon before the dummy forms, the dummy will not appear. Any dummies deployed will remain even after changing weapons.

- After loading for about a second, hold down the Launcher to spray flames at the enemy. The user can turn, move, and jump freely to some extent during the PA. The PA cannot stay in the air though.
- Unlike other PAs, there is no recoil after firing, making it easy for Stationary Fire.
- Pressing and holding down the PA will lengthen the duration and increase the number of hits. From 4 hits in less than a second for shortest duration, and 13 hits in about 4 seconds for longest duration.
- The attack is considered a ranged attack with headshot capabilities.
- Can be canceled at any time.
- All hits can stagger and penetrate through enemies.
- Power notation per hit is 7%, for a total of 13 hits resulting in 91% of the stated power.

- There is no charge. Fires off a slow moving grenade with slight homing capabilties, and when it hits anything or travels a certain distance, it causes an explosion that hits multiple times (The explosion can launch).
- Can hit up to 15 times.
- When used, there is a 2 second pause after loading before firing.
- Can be canceled by dive rolling before launching.
- After firing, the flight distance can be extended by holding down the PA.
- The user can move, jump, and dive roll from the time the shot is fired until the blast forms. However, movement speed is decreased and the reload animation (and Perfect Attack window) will occur when the blast forms.
- The slow movement can be canceled by dive rolling. Movement speed is normal even while the shot is flying.
- If the user changes weapons while the shot is flying, it will disappear.
- If the user changes weapons while the blast forms, the explosion effects remains but no damage will occur.
- If the user cancels the slow movement during the explosion with a dive roll, the attacks will remain.
- However, if another Cosmos Breaker is fired before the first one hits, the first shot disappears.
- Power notation per hit is 7%. With 15 hits connecting will result in 105% of the stated power.

- Attack occurs once immediately after the laser is fired, and then once every 0.5 seconds.
- Hits all enemies in the line of sight from the muzzle to the point of impact.
- Can turn slightly during the PA.
