It's time to play with the power of Dark Falz [Gemini]! Toy with the enemy until they break for your entertainment! The fun's just beginning, and the party only ends when you say so!

Unlocking Gemini Form

1. Clear one of the following conditions.

  • Defeat any Omega Dranble (Lv. 70+)
  • Clear "EPISODE 5" Chapter 5 "Florent's Request"

2. When one of the above conditions are met, you will receive a message from Xiera notifying you that you have unlocked the Gemini Form.

  • This message is received if you are in the center of the Gate Area, the Gateship boarding gate, inside the Gateship, etc.

  • During the transformation, a voice dedicated to the Dark Blast is assigned. The voice cannot be changed.
    • It is possible to set the unique voice off by toggling between "Play / Don't Play" for the "Unique Voice for Dark Blasts" in the "Other Settings" of your Options menu.

The basic stats is fixed for each character Lv.

  • Automatic PP recovery amount is 10 PP/sec. Exactly 2 times greater than the player's original recovery (5 PP/sec).
  • All attacks refers to a mix of Melee Power and Technique Power. Ranged Power is irrelevant.
  • Compared to the other Dark Blasts, Gemini boasts the highest defense out of them. However, possesses less HP.
  • This Form is excellent at dealing damage in any way it can manage. Although the Form doesn't deal as much damage as Elder or Apprentice, Gemini can perform numerous amounts of attacks.
  • Combined with self-healing on hits, easy maneuverability, and high defense, Gemini can survive many forms of attacks.

About Unlocking Skills

Note: Skills that require a specific number of enemies defeated during Dark Blast will always keep track of progress throughout any number of quests where Dark Blast is activated. This means you are not forced to attain the total number of kills in a single Dark Blast activation. This also applies to skills that require multiple usage of other skills to unlock.

Increased Normal Attack Combo

UISkillDarkBlastGeminiIncNormal.png Adds two more moves to your basic attack combo. A double spinning smash that launches enemies sky high.

Prerequisite:
Defeat a total of 50 enemies during Gemini Dark Blast.

Racing Star

UISkillDarkBlastRacingStar.png Increases the damage dealt with Juicin' Go-Kart's charged dash.

Prerequisite:
Hit enemies a total of 30 times with the Dark Blast PA "Juicin' Go-Kart's" charged dash.

  • You can turn and jump during the ride.
  • Holding down the button will prolong the ride while consuming PP.
    • Letting go of the button will brake and start charging up a dash that unleashes when the button is held again, dealing heavy damage to all enemies in the way.
  • Using Sidestep will end the ride.

Tasty Morsel

UISkillDarkBlastTastyMorsel.png Whenever an enemy is defeated near you, you'll recover a fix amount of HP and PP.

Party Time

UISkillDarkBlastPartyTime.png After activating Dark Blast transformation, gradually gain a bonus to damage dealt according to the number of hits landed on enemies.

Prerequisite:
Hit enemies a total of 200 times with the Dark Blast PA "Magnificent Minigun".

  • Get a 100% / 103% / 108% damage bonus at Lv1
    100% / 104% / 112% at Lv2
    and 100% / 105% / 115% at Lv3.

Blooming Revelry

UISkillDarkBlastBloomingRevelry.png Grants a bar above your HUD similar to Weapon Focus. Dealing damage to enemies will fill this bar. Once full, the skill "Blooming Revelry" can be activated to turn Gemini's Maw Arms into cannons that fire homing rockets when the attack button is pressed. This locks you out from all other activated abilities until it runs out. You can move and jump during this ability. This ability will slowly consume the Blooming Revelry Gauge and when it runs out, Gemini will shoot a massive finishing explosion all around, dealing heavy damage to enemies. This ability can be used multiple times during the same Dark Blast, provided you re-fill the bar fast enough.

Prerequisite:
Defeat a total of 150 enemies during Gemini Dark Blast.

  • Damage increases for every use of this skill.
  • Upon transforming, you will have immediate use of this skill.
  • Lasts for about 9 seconds regardless of any actions done during the animation.
  • Deals 2700 x n~18 hits for the fireworks, and 8800 for the explosion. Scales off of Technique Power.
    • Damage increases for each subsequent use. 3000 x n~18 hits + 9600 for 2nd use and 3600 x n~18 hits + 11400 for 3rd and subsequent uses.
