S-Grade Augments (Also known as Super Special Ability (SSA) in EN-JP fan translations or Special Option (SOP) in JP) are a type of Augment that can be affixed to certain equipment provided that it supports the feature. By affixing S-Grade Augments, one can customize their equipment with powerful Potential-like attributes and bonuses.

Only 13 or higher Units can hold SGAs, and each unit type can only hold 1 SGA relevant to their slot:

  • S Grade Augment 6 S6 for Back
  • S Grade Augment 7 S7 for Arms
  • S Grade Augment 8 S8 for Legs

S Grade Augment 6 S6: Miraculous Encore Reduces aggro generation while Showtime is active. If the user is attacked while Showtime is active, reduce the damage taken and retain One More Time once per Showtime.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Overflowing Life V Increases maximum HP by 50% while Overload is active.

S Grade Augment 6 S6: Shield of Carnage Reduces damage taken by 40% for 3 seconds when your HP is 50% or lower.
30 second cooldown.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Shield of the Sentinel Gain a 10% chance to reduce damage taken by 70%.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Skillful Adept Increases critical hit rate by 15%.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Soaring Heavendance Bouncer Weapon Gear fills while airborne.
Does not work if using a weapon with the "Sacred Bird Guidance" potential.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Soaring Wings Increases jump height.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Soul Protection Hunter Weapon Gear and Katana Gear fills while Guarding.
Does not work if using a weapon with the "Galeblade" potential.
S Grade Augment 6 S6: Tenacious Healscourge Gain super armor for 60 seconds after becoming afflicted with a status effect.
