There is an extremely strange case where the server is adamant on keeping a cached version of this previous file (https://pso2na.arks-visiphone.com/images/4/4a/NGSUIStarBlueIcon.png), which is why this file has "Temp" appended to the end of it. This message was written on August 9th, 2022. In a week, that URL and file, despite not existing anymore, will probably still be up for some reason. No amount of purging, moving, deleting and reuploading will fix this. This is also true of this file (https://pso2na.arks-visiphone.com/images/7/74/NGSUIMenuARKSRecordsOutline.png), which was uploaded a week ago and still hasn't changed despite a new file version being uploaded. Without wanting to bother anyone, it's safe to assume that the server is cursed. And no, this isn't a browser caching issue. Before this move was made, you could generate the correct and updated version of the icon through the same broken URL by appending garbage at the end (.png?sfhsajkhf).
