Overview
Xitre is an NPC that appears in Central City during the following events:
She provides the player with access to the Seasonal Points Exchange Shop and Seasonal Gathering Exchange Shop during certain events.
Xitre's Supply Unit Tasks will unlock after completing the five Breath of the Blossoms tasks.
