Xiandy is an NPC that appears in Central City during the PSO2 9th Anniversary Event. She provides the player with access to the Seasonal Points Exchange Shop.

[9th Anniv.] SP Files I	Defeat the enemies marked with symbols (0/30)	1,000 100 EXP 500	Xiandy asks [Player] to send battle data on enemy with a marking called "seasonal symbol."
[9th Anniv.] SP Files II	Defeat a Dread Enemy that has a seasonal symbol (0/1)	1,000 100 EXP 500	Next, you were asked to send battle data on any Dread Enemy with a seasonal symbol. Dread Enemies: Specimen whose name includes "Veteran."
