Overview
Promotional Content in Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis refers to content that is offered through a promotion period, and is generally independent of current Campaigns. Promotional Content can be obtained by meeting the conditions between availability periods of promotions offered by third-party sources.
Third-party promotions, such as Prime Gaming offered by Amazon, requires the player to link their Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis account to their Amazon account, which can be done under the Support menu in the Character Selection menu.
