The potential has been fixed, it was still under its JP name Arctic Crystal so I renamed it to Freezing it should be fixed on all pages.
It should be noted it's a Weaponoid Potential as it can only be unlocked Weaponoid Boosters. so it was under the Weaponoid Potential sub-section on the Potential page.
